Why It Matters to Us

As a beauty salon run by women, for women, we are deeply aware that the confidence we help build in our salon can only truly flourish when women feel safe and supported in their personal lives.

Every lash lift, brow sculpt, and facial is part of a bigger picture: helping women feel strong, valued, and seen. But we also know there are times when strength means seeking help and that’s where WLSQ steps in.

How We’re Getting Involved

We’re proudly supporting Women’s Legal Service QLD to raise awareness and funds for their vital work. Here’s how you can join us:

  • Donation Station: We’ve set up a donation box in the salon. All funds go directly to WLSQ to support frontline legal and support services.

  • Spreading the Word: Follow us on Instagram @missluxe_brows where we’ll be sharing stories, stats, and ways to get involved.

  • Support a Sister: Pick up a flyer in-salon and share it with a friend. You never know who might need it.

Do You Need Support?

If you’re living with someone who uses domestic or family violence, control, or abuse, it's important to begin creating a safety plan.

Your safety is the top priority. Here are a few important steps to consider:

  • Call Triple Zero (000) if you are in immediate danger. Police are there to help.

  • Create safe opportunities to reach out. This could include leaving the house for “exercise” or errands to contact trusted friends, family, or support services.

You are not alone. There are dedicated support services ready to help:

Please reach out. Help is available, and you deserve to feel safe and supported.

You Can Help Too

If you or someone you know needs help, or if you want to support their mission, visit www.wlsq.org.au. Every donation, every share, and every voice counts.

Let’s work together to create a world where all women are safe, supported, and celebrated!

With love,
The Miss Luxe Beauty Team 💕
